The main page is set up as a sort of "onboarding " flow to get a user familiar with GTD, the template, and Notion in general (at least as it's relevant to the template). Carter Surach Are you struggling to stay on task and get things done This Notion GTD dashboard comes with a beautiful hub that allows for easily sorting tasks and projects for your business or personal life. ![]() The biggest pain in the butt was getting the 6 horizons workflow to connect appropriately, then I figured out I could do a "relative" split relation one pointing "up" to a broader category, and one "down" to a narrower one. Same for the other horizons (an AOR page allows you to create auto-tagged Project pages, a 2-year horizon page allows to create associated AORs, etc etc.) If you create actions in a Project they will be automatically collated to said project. Now, finally, I've made one I'm proud to share - it has a bunch of automated sorting functions, allows for 6-horizon planning, and references workflow. So, I've been trying to make a GTD template for literally years - going through a bunch of iterations (and figuring out misunderstandings I had about GTD and Notion in the process). ![]()
